Tarangire National Park
Tarangire ranks as the 6th largest national park in Tanzania, covering over 2,600 km² of diverse landscapes. It is most famous for its massive herds of elephants, iconic baobab trees, and a mini wildlife migration during the dry season, when up to 250,000 animals flood into the park in search of water from the Tarangire River.
Ngorongoro Crater
One of Africa’s most stunning natural wonders, the Ngorongoro Crater is the largest unbroken, unflooded caldera in the world. With a diameter of 16–19 km and crater walls rising to 610 meters, it encloses a rich ecosystem home to over 26,000 animals, including the Big Five.
